(Ken was one of the world's premier oil-patch fishing tools consultants before retiring to south Arkansas & has traveled and lived in many exotic locations around the world. Their home was a favorite meeting place for friends and business associates - both for their "down-home" hospitality as well as the best bbq & home cooking around.)

Their bbq sauce is an old family recipe that has been refined over the years. Some say it makes a good sandwich by itself - just spread some of the sauce on plain bread.

Ken has an eye for the best meat & just the right temperature and cooking time to ensure the best tasting bbq you've ever had. When combined with their sauce, you'll think you've died & gone to bbq heaven.
